Both plans include unlimited businesses, every platform, your accountant's access to the CPA portal, and a free spouse login. There is no free tier and no lifetime deal.
The 14-day trial and the first charge
- Every new account gets 14 days with full access. The paywall says No charge for 14 days and the price that applies after.
- A payment method is collected up front on every platform. On iPhone the trial is an App Store introductory offer; on Android and the web it is a Stripe checkout. There is no card-free path.
- When the trial ends the plan you picked is charged automatically. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. See Cancel your subscription.
- A promo code can extend the trial for the person who redeems it.
What RevvFi Pro adds
Pro is mostly about other people. Three things are Pro-only:
- Seats. Pro includes two people (you plus one business partner or team member) and lets you buy more. The standard plan is one person. See Partners, team members and your spouse.
- Automatic invoice reminders ("Chase until paid"). See Automatic invoice reminders.
- Drafting by connected AI assistants. On Pro, a connected assistant such as Claude can draft invoices and quotes and suggest category changes for you to approve. Reading your books works on both plans. See Agent Connect.
Everything else, from bank sync and receipts to invoicing, books and Revvy, is identical on both plans.
Seats
A seat is one person, counting you, and it is per person rather than per business. A pending invite holds its seat until accepted or cancelled. Extra seats are bought on the web at app.getrevvapp.com/account/seats; the phone's Buy more seats button opens that page. If you pay through the App Store, seat changes are made there instead.
Spouse login
One spouse login per account is free on every plan, has full access, and never uses a seat. Invite them from Team & sharing → Invite your spouse.
