Team & sharing
Open your profile menu → Team & sharing. The top shows Seats N of M. Seats are people, counting you: one on the standard plan, two on RevvFi Pro, more at $25 a month each. Your spouse is always free and never uses a seat. See Plans, pricing and RevvFi Pro.
Business partners (Pro, one seat each)
A partner keeps their own RevvFi account, which is free while linked, and you share just the business. Both of you see that business's activity; personal finances stay private to each of you. Tap Invite business partner, enter their email, pick the businesses to share and They own __%. The ownership percentage splits the tax estimates and Owner Pay. Later you can Change ownership % or Unlink partner; a partner can Leave partnership. Shared businesses appear for them under Shared with you. A partner can connect an AI assistant to the shared business only, and you can disconnect it from your side.
Team members (Pro, one seat each)
A team member gets their own login to your account, scoped by you, to send quotes and invoices, clear the review pile and enter bills. Tap Invite team member and choose a permission set:
- Full access: everything.
- Office manager: view financials, edit transactions and invoicing. No bank connections, member management or billing.
You can Change permission set or Revoke access at any time.
Your spouse (free on every plan)
Invite your spouse, free adds a second login to this account: one household, one set of books, everything shared including personal finances. One spouse per account.
How invites work
Invitees get an email with a link to app.getrevvapp.com/join that expires after 7 days. They must sign in with the exact email you invited, and that email must be verified. A pending invite holds its seat until it is accepted or cancelled.
Email us what you were trying to do and what you saw. A person reads every message.
