A RevvFi Pro feature
Reminders are included with RevvFi Pro. On the standard plan the switch shows Pro feature with an upgrade link. See Plans, pricing and RevvFi Pro.
Turning it on
On a new invoice, switch on Chase until paid. To make it the default for every new invoice, open the gear icon on the Invoices screen → Reminder defaults → Turn on reminders for new invoices. Each sent invoice also has its own Reminder settings (web: the Reminders action on the invoice row).
The schedule
- Default: a reminder on the due date, then 3, 7 and 14 days after. If the invoice has no due date, the clock starts 30 days after it was sent.
- Fewer emails / More emails adjusts the count (at most 8 by default, up to 12), always at least 48 hours apart.
- Tone: Friendly, Neutral or Firm. You can edit the wording, or tap Rewrite with AI.
- When reminders can go out: weekdays between 9 and 5 in your time zone by default, adjustable between 8 am and 9 pm.
What your client sees
Reminders come from the same invoices@getrevvapp.com address as the invoice and carry a stop reminders link. If the client uses it, reminders for that invoice end. Reminders stop on their own when the invoice is paid or voided. Reminder updates under Settings → Notifications tells you when one goes out.
Email us what you were trying to do and what you saw. A person reads every message.
