What Revvy is
Revvy is the chat assistant built into the app and the web app (Revvy in the navigation). It answers from your own numbers: Ask me anything about your spending, deductions, mileage, or how to use the app. It is powered by Claude, knows your industries, and sticks to personal finance and RevvFi; ask it about something else and it will say so. Its answers are insights, not financial or tax advice.
What Revvy can propose
Revvy can suggest six kinds of change: recategorize transactions, edit a transaction, clear your needs-review pile, delete a categorization rule, log an owner draw, and confirm draw candidates. Every suggestion appears as a card in the chat with Approve, Dismiss and Open in Review Queue. Nothing changes until you approve it. Revvy has no ability to apply a change itself; that path only exists for outside assistants you have explicitly allowed through Agent Connect.
Limits
- 50 messages a day, resetting at midnight UTC. Messages are up to 2,000 characters.
- Revvy needs an active subscription. In the read-only period after cancelling it says Resubscribe to keep chatting with Revvy.
- Chat exports are limited to 10 a day.
AI Memory
Revvy remembers useful facts from your chats (your business, tax situation, personal context, preferences). See and edit them under Settings → Preferences → AI Memory: edit or delete any fact, + Add a fact manually, or Clear all memory. Nothing in AI Memory is shared with your accountant.
Your chats
Conversations are stored in your account until you delete them. You can rename, search, delete and branch a chat (Start new topic from here). Settings → Data → Delete all Revvy chats removes every conversation. What Revvy did under Settings → Preferences lists the changes it proposed and you approved. Revvy can also ask you questions when it needs a decision (Revvy has a question under Settings → Notifications).
Email us what you were trying to do and what you saw. A person reads every message.
