What lands here
The Review Queue holds things an assistant wants to do to your books. Nothing in it changes anything until you approve it. The empty state says it plainly: When Revvy or a connected assistant suggests a change, it waits here for your OK.
Item types: Categories (recategorize one or more transactions), Edit, Review (clear your needs-review pile), Rule (delete a rule), Owner pay (log a draw), Invoice and Quote (drafts from a connected assistant), and Deleted (transactions a connected assistant removed, with Undo).
Where to find it
Profile menu → Review Queue in the app, or Review Queue in the web app's navigation. The Connected assistants screen also has a Pending drafts shortcut per assistant.
Using it
- Two tabs: To review and History.
- Tap an item to see exactly what would change. The detail screen has Edit, Reject, and for drafts View invoice and Share with client. If a change needs to know which business, it asks Which business? first.
- Long-press an item to reject it.
- Select, then Approve N to approve several at once. Bulk approval covers pending category changes that do not need a business choice.
- Approving an invoice or quote draft sends it exactly as it would if you had written it yourself, so read it first.
History and Undo
Decisions stay in History for 90 days. Anything that was executed can be undone from there, including changes a connected assistant applied directly (those show as Changed by {assistant name}). Undo restores the previous values, puts deleted transactions back exactly as they were, and unlearns any categorization the change had taught RevvFi.
Expiry and notifications
A pending item expires after 30 days if you never decide on it. RevvFi sends a push (Assistant drafts to review) when something arrives and an email if a draft has waited a day; both are under Settings → Notifications.
